Cascade Rescue Advance Series Trail Technician Litter Wheel
All the features, not the weight! Our Advance Series Litter Wheels will saddle virtually any basket style litter. The saddle attaches to the top railing of the litter with four nylon straps - simply hook up then use the ratchet levers to cinch it down. Unlike other mounting devices and methods, you don't need to worry about the Advance Series kinking or denting your litter rails. The non-skid surface inside the litter saddle keeps the litter firmly in place. Gone are the days of your litter sliding out of or off of your wheel! Once your patient is loaded, the wheel assembly locks on in less than two seconds and won't come off unless you unlock it. Constructed of 6061 T6 Aluminum, the Advance Series Litter wheels are designed to be packable, durable and help you save lives while saving the energy and effort of your team.
The Advance Series Trail Technician is designed to be the ultimate two piece, pack-able weapon of choice for tough single track conditions. It doesn't matter if there are rocks, roots or downed trees, the Trail Tech takes it in stride. Comes complete with a tough disk brake and easily attached actuator lever. Weighs only 18.5lbs. Choose this device when lightweight and maneuverability are paramount.

We purchased the wheel in January, we are an Idaho Agency and as you might be aware the snow is deep in the Idaho wilderness in January. The Wheel was purchased to assist in our backcountry trail systems during the summer months. Our area has approx. 400 miles of single track trail, to include hiking, equestrian and off road motorcycle trails. We have an extremely large influx of outdoor enthusiasts during our summer months and when the untimely accident occurs in our backcountry we needed a system that would assist us in recovering victims. As a Search and Rescue Organization we looked at a few different options and chose to go with the Trail Tech Litter Wheel. The reason was the way it was built. It was obvious there was a lot of time and thought that went into this system, the system is extremely strong and the ease of use is phenomenal. The system attached directly to our current littler with zero modifications. We have completed multiple trainings with the use of the litter and wheel and fortunately have not had to use it on a real rescue yet. But I am sure it will be very useful when the time comes. As a SAR Leader I would highly recommend adding this product to your tool box of rescue essentials.
