Returns Policy
All returned items must include a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) issued by Cascade Rescue. RMA’s are valid for fifteen (15) days from the date they are issued. Products returned after the expiration date or without an RMA number may be refused.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. RMA requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of products. Depending upon the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping. Handling and restocking fees may apply.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.  

Please note: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items, see Exceptions below.

Return Exceptions Policy
We cannot accept returns on special order items, rope and webbing products.

There will be a 15% re-stocking fee on all non-stock items.

We do not accept returns on products marked as "clearance" items. If a clearance item arrives broken or defective, we will gladly exchange it for the same item.
