Returns and Refunds Policy

To request a return;
Go to “My Account” and select “Completed Orders”. Find the order that you wish to return and click on “Return Items” and follow the prompts. Submit the Return Request and we will be in touch with you shortly with Return Authorization instructions.


Returns Policy
All returned items must include a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) issued by Cascade Rescue. RMA’s are valid for fifteen (15) days from the date they are issued. Products returned after the expiration date or without an RMA number may be refused or subject to a service charge.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. RMA requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of products. Depending upon the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Items returned after 30 days may be refused or refunded as a store credit at our discretion.
Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items, see Exceptions below.
Return Exceptions Policy
We cannot accept returns on Special Order Items, NFPA stamped items or rope and webbing products.
We do not accept returns on products marked as "clearance" items. If a clearance item arrives broken or defective, we will gladly exchange it for the same item.
